Ever since our first grade P.E. class, we’ve been taught to reach for those toes. And sure, when our bodies are like Gumby, it’s easy to do. But our lifestyles and naturally maturing bodies change, and there may be more important factors to attend to as we make our way down. Today, we are working on a supported variation of Janu Sirsasana that feels oh so good.
