I'm Adrienne Baggs and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor who is uniquely qualified to help you work through emotional imbalance, past trauma events, and persistent anxiety and lack of focus . I've completed a lot of additional training in mindfulness and wellness approaches to counseling. I'm less about diagnosis and more about resources, less about the parts of you and more about the whole of you, less about providing answers and more about asking the right questions that assist you in gaining the clarity and courage to move you towards wellness.
